Documentary Truffle Hunting: Buried Happiness about Simon and Maggi
The documentary “Buried Happiness” follows Simon and his dog Maggi in the forest over the course of a year and shows truffle hunting from a close-up perspective. Our long-time colleague Remo is an independent videographer with a clear vision. He portrays people and their hobbies in the form of documentaries. From the very beginning, he inspired us with his idea, and the result is a very personal and informative documentary about truffle hunting.
Over the course of a year, he accompanied us time and again on our truffle tours and various activities, capturing special moments along the way. The film “Buried Happiness” shows truffle hunting with a dog from an authentic and personal perspective and provides an honest glimpse into our world in the truffle forest.
