1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, bookings, and purchases made through our website www.maggis-trueffel.ch. By placing an order or booking, you accept the following terms.

2. Merch Shop (Printful Products)
All merchandise items are produced on demand by our partner and shipped directly.
Returns for quality defects or damage:
If products are damaged or defective, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.
A return is not required.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the item at: info@maggis-trueffel.ch
No right of return for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, not liked).
Delivery times & shipping: Printful produces and ships from different locations.
Delivery times may vary. We accept no liability for shipping delays.

3. Fresh Truffles
All truffles come from wild finds with our dog Maggi. More information in the FAQs.
Damaged goods or quality defects (e.g., worm infestation) will be refunded free of charge or replaced with equivalent goods (by weight).
Please send us a photo of the affected truffles to info@maggis-trueffel.ch.
As this is a natural product, shape, size, aroma, and ripeness may vary. This does not constitute a defect.
Shipping: Truffles are shipped refrigerated by post exclusively within Switzerland. Once handed over to the post office, the risk lies with the buyer.

4. Truffle Tours
Our tours generally take place in all weather conditions.
Participation is at your own risk (accident, dog behavior, weather). We accept no liability.
The tours are not dog training courses. Your dog will not automatically be able to find truffles after participating.
The focus is primarily on the experience in nature. The content of the tour is partially visible in our videos and on social media and can be reviewed in advance.
Cancellations can be reported free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour at info@maggis-trueffel.ch.
If a tour must be canceled on our end (e.g., illness, accident, severe weather), we offer alternative dates or a full refund.

5. Online Course
The online course contains all essential content to get started with truffle hunting.
A 100% success guarantee cannot be given, as learning also depends on individual work with the dog.
The course is based on our social media content, which you can view free of charge in advance.
Refunds or cancellations after course activation are excluded.

6. Payment Terms
Orders and bookings are possible via advance payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Twint).
For tours: Payment = reservation. Without payment, there is no entitlement to participation.

7. Disclaimer
We accept no liability for delays or failures caused by third parties (post office, Printful, technical issues).
We accept no liability for damages or injuries that occur during a tour. Participation is at your own responsibility.

8. Privacy
Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders, bookings, and for customer communication.
Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We may contact you after your purchase to request feedback or a review of your product.

9. Right of Withdrawal / Exclusion
A statutory right of withdrawal does not exist for:
Natural products (fresh truffles)
Digital content (online course, after activation)
Personalized items (merch via Printful)

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
