Culinary truffles (T.Aestivum)

Our Burgundy truffles come from the forests of the Gürbe Valley and are hunted with great passion by Maggi.

Because freshness is our top priority, we keep very few truffles in stock. Instead, we only go searching once orders come in, so you receive your truffles in the best possible quality.

Please only order if you’ll be at home and can refrigerate the truffles immediately.

For a meal, we recommend approx. 10–20 g truffles per person.
The summer truffles have a mild, nutty aroma and are ideal for light dishes.

Order Culinary Truffles


Training truffles (T.Aestivum)

Training truffles are also fresh Tuber aestivum and are not frozen.

We also ship these truffles fresh and straight from the forest. They are usually particularly beautiful specimens, but the taste is identical and they are just as fresh as our other truffles.

After delivery, you should refrigerate the truffles immediately. For training, we recommend storing them in the fridge. Training truffles can also be frozen and used multiple times, but they lose their aroma more quickly and become slightly musty.

For training truffles with your dog, we recommend starting with 50 g.

They can be cut into small pieces and frozen in a training container. Multiple uses are possible without fully thawing. We recommend taking the course beforehand.
